Please note that registration will be definitive only after reception of the payment!

The registration fees include:

• Conference materials;
• Attendance to all scientific sessions;
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference;
• Welcome reception on Monday 2^nd September (6:30 pm in the Congress Centre)
• Welcome cocktail on Tuesday, 3^rd September 2019 (6:30 pm in the Town Hall “CAPITOLE”)
• Gala dinner on Thursday, 5^th September 2019.

Accompanying persons policy

Accompanying persons cannot attend scientific sessions.
Accompanying persons can participate in the social program (Welcome reception and gala dinner) for an additional fee of 80 €.
Please register your accompanying person directly through your Conftool profile.

Payment by check or bank transfer will not be possible after the 19^th August 2019.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made by writing to .
The registration of participation is binding.

For any cancellation received before July 19^th, 2019, registration fees will be reimbursed, less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after July 20^th, 2019.
All registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, all booking made by purchase order and cancelled after July 20^th, 2019 must be paid in full.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
The conference program may be subject to changes.
