The meeting will host a Science and Technology Exhibition for industry and academic institutions to showcase their technologies, programs and products. This is an opportunity for organizations to meet face-to-face with hundreds of researchers and professionals from around the world who are involved in basic research or are developing applications based on electroporation and the use of pulsed electric fields of high intensity. The aim is to create an environment stimulating interdisciplinary interactions, to present the latest achievements and to demonstrate current knowledge.

3rd World Congress Exhibiton Fees
The Congress will be offering two options for exhibitors: a 180 cm tabletop display on which to place your items or a 240 cm by 240 cm floor display space for you to place your display and materials.
Table Top Fee
- A 120 cm table with an identification sign bearing your company name;
- Equipment: a 120 cm table, two chairs and a wastebasket;
- Free listing and logo on the Congress website;
- One complimentary exhibitor registration for your representative;
- Unlimited exhibit area passes for prospects.
Floor Display Fee
- A 240 cm by 240 cm floor space with an identification sign bearing your company name;
- Equipment: 120 cm tables, two chairs and a wastebasket;
- Free listing and logo on the Congress website;
- One complimentary exhibitor registration for your representative;
- Unlimited exhibit area passes for prospects.

Reservations are available with a completed registration form accompanied by payment in full or a deposit of 50 % of the total cost of your exhibition space, to:

*Note that for payments processed prior to the end of March 2019, you are entitled to a 10 % discount on the basic booth rates. Offer does not apply to the additional equipment you reserve with your booth.
Payment should be made within 15 days following the reception of the Invoice, but no later than July 24, 2019. Reservation will be confirmed by email once payment is received. (The Congress reserves the right to cancel exhibit space without refunding the deposit if the balance is not paid by the above deadline).

Package price of 1000 € includes:
- Company logo printed on high quality registration bags (logo to be provided by June 30, 2019).
- Acknowledgment on signage and in the congress program.

- 1200 € – Color ad on back cover of program.

Miscellaneous
Cancellations
Only written cancellation (by e-mail for example) will be taken into account. Reimbursement only until July 19, 2019 (except for 50 € for administrative charge).
No refund will be made after the July 19, 2019
Liability and Insurance
The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment and/or property while on Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis, Toulouse premises and hereby waives any claim or demand it may have against Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis, Toulouse arising from such loss, theft, or damage.
